Dylan Wallace has spent nearly half his life mastering heating and air conditioning. Growing up on a farm in Moore County, he learned the value of hard work early on, a mindset that carried him into the HVAC industry at just 17 years old. Over the years, he built strong relationships with clients and developed a reputation for doing things the right way—by the numbers, not just rules of thumb. In May 2024, he took the leap and founded Southern Breeze Heating & Air, turning his lifelong dream into reality.

Our team has been serving the Sandhills and surrounding areas for a combined 40+ years. What sets Southern Breeze apart is the precision and care that goes into every project. Whether it’s a new construction install, a system replacement, or a preventative maintenance service, Dylan and his team follow a meticulous process—digitizing building plans, running detailed load calculations, and designing custom duct systems to maximize efficiency and comfort.
