Dylan Wallace has been in heating and air going on 12 years. That’s no mean feat, considering he’s turning 29 this year. Last May he stuck out on his own to start Southern Breeze Heating & Air and now employs 13 people.

Born in Biscoe, he moved to Moore County and grew up farming. After trying his hand at mechanic work, he began working in heating and air when he was 17, earning his commercial license a few years later. He said he’s wanted his own operation since he was 24, and his next goals are to establish himself through his new business.
